Products and prices. The name, price, and options shown on the product page are what is offered at that time. Placing an order opens a Shopify invoice. The purchase is complete when that invoice is paid.

Shipping. Delivery details are collected on the Shopify invoice. When the whole order reaches the free-shipping quantity shown on the product pages, shipping for that order is free. That quantity follows the store's current automatic free-shipping offer. Below that quantity, any shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Returns. To ask about a return or an exchange, email the order number to sales10@dgendr.com. We reply with what can be done for that order.
